1. We sell to you directly

We save money by purchasing directly from the manufacturer.  We will GIVE you these savings by by-passing the middleman.  We will sell online, over the phone, and from our warehouse.

2. We tell you what consumers think about our products

We encourage everyday customers to share their Outdoor Leisure experiences with other customers.  Therefore, you can receive unbiased opinions and products feedback from actual customers, just like you, from our online community.

3. We teach you how to maximize your experience

Not only is our website an interactive forum for discussion, but we will also have regular featured articles, resources, suggestions, ideas, and tips on how you can get the most out of your purchase.

4. We care about the customer

If you're not satisfied, customer service will work to MAKE you satisfied.  Although we will always accept returns, we prefer to take a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction, instead of just accepting a return.  If you aren't happy, tell us what we can do to make you happy.
