DO's and DON'Ts for Inflatable Pools

  • DO use the pool cover when the pool is not being used.  Doing so will prevent accidentally entry into the pool, and protect the pool liner from UV damage.

  • DO consult your local authorities about any regulations that may apply to pool ownership in your city or town.  Some municipalities may require owners of above-ground pools to fence-in their properties.

  • DON'T allow your pets into the pool.  Pets claws can damage and puncture the pool liner.

  • DON'T dive into the pool.  The pool is not deep enough for deep dives.

  • DON'T rest, lay, or sit on the inflatable ring.  Doing so can cause the pool to become unstable, and it can cause water to flood over the side of the pond.

  • DON'T operate the filter pump when the pool is in use.  Doing so can place the pools occupants at risk of electrical shock, and can cause hair to become tangled in the filter intake.

  • DON'T leave young children unattended in or around the pool area.
